Enabling works are preparations to make the project site ready for construction. It mainly covers activities from site mobilization like installation of sign board, temporary hoarding, temporary site facilities, excavation including shoring if required. However, sub-structure works are not included in the enabling works activities.

Once the project near completion and BCC application is under process, the Project’s Consultant supervisor further is liable to take in-house clearances/approvals from all relevant Qatari Diar’s departments as mentioned in the checklist prior to issue the building completion certificate (BCC) on the BPS/MME.
